​I booked the all-inclusive package and paid for it in full. However, during my stay, I was surprised to find that many services supposedly included in the package were not available at the bars, and I was asked to pay extra to access them. Additionally, it turned out that the wristband provided by reception was not for the all-inclusive package I had paid for. This has left me with a very poor impression of this hotel

Since first time we checked in at tie reception , the staff were very friendly , polite and professional The breakfast was amazing and have many food varieties and types

Nothing everything was super clean and comfort
