بصراحة الموقع ممتاز ومطل مباشرة على الشاطئ، المسابح جميله ، نظافة دائمة ومستمرة ، تعامل الادارة وموظفي الاستقبال وكذلك موظفي الخدمة والمطعم كلهم كانوا رائعين. وأخص بالشكر الاستاذ محمد لتعامله وتواصله المستمر معي خلال فترة اقامتي بالفندق .

The hotel has a good location, with nice beach and pool areas. Some of the staff members are supportive, and the response to service requests is somehow quick and efficient.

The food, particularly in the main restaurant, needs significant improvement. The “all-inclusive” concept at the hotel is misleading, as many items and services require additional payment — even for small things such as Turkish coffee. This makes the package poor value for money. The rooms are small and dated, with decor and facilities that clearly need renovation. Overall, the hotel lacks proper organization and management, which negatively affects the guest experience.
