The reception staff are kind and helpful, as ever. Hotel location is convenient for the airport and restaurants. Good car park, very nice rooms.

The cleaning staff decided to play music whilst doing their job. This woke me up. Why the cleaners think it’s appropriate to play music at work is likely a cultural difference with Americans, but it’s odd they haven’t learn to not impose their cultural norms from back home. Frankly it’s incredible that anyone can see signs on doors that say someone is sleeping / resting and then think playing music won’t disturb them. The cleaners still can’t speak English and so asking them to turn their loud music of us itself a bit of a battle. Please could the cleaners be told it’s inappropriate to play music at work and it’s disruptive to sleeping guests in the mornings.

We had a late night flight arrival in Bozeman and slept here to be rested for a road trip.

The room was in the basement area and the walk to it was filthy dirty and just felt gross. We needed somewhere to get some rest before traveling on, this barely allowed that. The bed was fine, we slept in all our clothes, we only used the toilet and used the sink to brushed our teeth— the toilet came forward off the wall when I used it. Sad that this room for less than eight hours was our most expensive stay of a multi state trip. Will sleep in my car next time.

Very loud, terrible experience based on how much I had to pay

Останавливались в этом отеле два раза с разницей в три дня. Первый номер был с кроватью gueensize, и он был совсем неуютный. Кровать тесная, а раковина в прихожей ужасная - кран очень шумный, и вода хлещет во все стороны, при этом было не понятно, как им пользоваться, пока не позвали сотрудника; и туалет был очень тесным. Второй номер был с кроватью kingsize, и он был более уютным, кровать нормальная, раковина работала хорошо, туалет был просторный. Кондиционеры под окнами, довольно шумные. Вокруг отеля абсолютно ничего интересного. Есть пара ресторанчиков, до одного можно спокойно дойти, а до другого надо переходить шоссе без светофора. Завтраки в отеле нормальные, ничего особенного, но что-то съесть можно - йогурты, яйца, сосиски, хлеб из тостера с джемом и кремчизом, кексы, яблоки. Там же в течение дня можно всегда налить воду в стаканы. В номер есть маленькая кофемашина, чай и кофе, также есть индивидуальные пузырьки с шампунем, гелем для душа и кремом среднего качества. Тапок нет, естественно. Еще в отеле есть небольшой бассейн, очень просто выглядит, но в жару можно посетить, мы не ходили.

Очень переоцененный отель, как и все вокруг. Где-то то между 2 и 3 звездами, но по цене 4-5 звезд. Но это такое место, без вариантов.
