That they where in the middle of remodeling

Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice,a little bit of everything could want to start your day.

Very noisy people on our floor. Very late evening yelling in hallways multiple times

They got me in a good mood and I rated way before we left and that was my fault because their colors showed literally the next day with no breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The toilet flush valve handle had to be manually shut off, or the water would continue to run. The vanity faucet handle was installed incorrectly. When the handle was centered, the water continued to drip. The HVAC unit was in the corner of the room. There was not a filter on the return air. The bottom of the unit was full of dust. The unit was sucking in dust and just redistributing back into the room. When we checked in, the room was a bit damp, so we turned the heat on. There was a very bad smell (the dust). I would hate to think that it could cause a fire. On the surface the room looked very nice, clean newly painted, new flooring. The details were lacking, one place in the bedroom portion, the new flooring was cracked because it was laid over something. Maybe someone was missing a tool. We have stayed here a couple of time before, but probably not again.

We couldn’t stay, because you were closed for construction, but still accepting bookings on booking.com and then got stranded because there were ZERO rooms available in Paducah!!!!
