Garner Hotel Paducah West

Completely revanped hotel. Very nice. They did not have cups in the rooms and I mentiioned it to the staff who was willing to give me one immediately. I recommend this hotel

The overall property is very nice thanks to a recent remodel. The staff was all WONDERFUL. The rooms could use some things. One trash can is not sufficient. There needs to be one in the room and one in the bathroom. The lights are too dim. Even with all the lights on, it was not enough. There are ice machines, but there are no ice buckets in the room to get and hold ice in the room. There were no glasses or even plastic cups. That makes rinsing after brushing your teeth difficult.

We arrived in our room unpacked then saw the water on the floor from air conditioning. We had to leave came back to changing our room which made us late for dinner reservations. Room wasn’t a walking shower we didn’t want move again. The back entrance did not work got soaked wet from the storm the toilet was running when flushed. Never stay there again

Zara who was at the desk was very helpful and super pleasant.

The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very nice!

The pool was very green and we were allowed to go in but it didn’t seem like it was in a state where hotel guest should be using it.
