Our room/suite was newly renovated and extremely clean and comfortable. Each bed had both soft and firm pillows to choose from, very convenient. Each day we had fresh towels brought to the room. With the sofa/seating area separate from the sleeping area, our room was much quieter as the beds were further from the hallway. The breakfast selection was immense and pretty delicious, especially if traveling on a budget or with family. The pool was available but did not use it. Parking was free and abundant. The location was great, very safe, we used scooters or walked everywhere. We drove our car once during our stay, so that was a bonus for us. The staff, from all shifts, were all nice and welcoming.

The TV's never worked. There was a network issue, so we never had access to the wifi on personal devices or the TV's for the whole weekend. The heating did not work, it blew cold air. Turned it off and the room temperature was more comfortable. The windows seem to be thin almost single pane so you feel lots of draft/breeze. Keeping the "curtains" closed definitely helped. The duct taped floor on the elevator was interesting to see, but did not necessarily bother. The property is in the middle of renovations.

There were ants near the microwave area. A lot of them. I had to get rid of them myself on Saturday night. They came back Sunday morning. I told the person at the front desk about it.

Location was convienant in location. Staff super friendly, breakfast good and room clean and comfortable.

Clean room. Convenient stay/walking distance to the Alamodome.

The property was clean, employees were very nice and friendly. The property was affordable and the placement of the property was in a good location close to Downtown, San Antonio. The breakfast was inviting and there was plenty of good selections. All in Alll I will be back!!

Check-in took over 15 mins because there was only one person there. The street noice was terrible at night with many car racing.
