Personally, in my opinion, if you’re going to advertise having a laundry it should be a 48 hour turnaround to get your laundry back. That is an overly abundant time to do a load of laundry. This was part of why I chose this location and the basis of any of my disappointment.

This is very strange that Crown Plaza let them use their name for a so Old hotel. Location was great, wifi too But very old hotel, old floor, carpet must be changed asap. Furnitures also need be refurbished.

The room was big and spacious, and we enjoyed free breakfast as it was my partners birthday, but almost nothing was working …..gym not working, pool was not working ( my little one was really disappointed) and even restaurant on the top floor not working as closed for refurbishment :(. And the restaurant on first floor was open only till 8 as I remember. They say that the service can be reduced during this time, but , I mean, it’s half working. Oh and they don’t offer welcoming drinks anymore for the gold elite members, where I was really unhappy about it ☹️.

room was good but internet connection was not stable IN the room. Location was almost perfect but vilnius is small and you can easily walk downtown. All employees were very helpful on everything i asked them for. Overall i am willing to book it again on my next trip to Vilnius.

Given our around 200 nights per year of hotel stays, this and last year being covid reduced, we are practical in what to expect and appreciative of hotels that go even beyond those. The stay itself was a terrible experience. The hotel was yet to be ready to receive guests. The room had practically no amenities. The room and walk ways smelt musty and stale, I assume since the hotel was closed for a long time. It took around two hours before most of the issues were addressed and I could sit down and relax to a drink and wind down for the evening. Aleksander, who was the night manager was the one who was addressing our concerns. A fine gentleman but I guess he was new and had not been told of everything of the property and hence he had to call the reservation cum front desk manage on everything. They did not have a GM. However, must credit them with the restaurant. The breakfast was super. But here comes the advantage of being a IHG property is that IHG does address the issues appropriately once this experience was reported to them. Thank you IHG. This it the reason I like chain hotels. One can expect what to expect and if they are not met there is someone who will attend to it.

Called three times to customer service based on Vilnius, was on hold for about 10 mins, then woman answered the phone, I wanted to changed my flight date, I knew about the additional price I had to pay and had my card ready, when woman on the phone said ‘It’s 9 minutes left till I finish my shift, so I won’t have enough time to take the payment’. I was shocked! I said but I’ve called three times, been waiting on hold, I don’t wanna miss this price, but she was rude and said nothing can be done ant told me to call tomorrow morning from 9am, I said but the price will be different then? She said “possibly, but there is nothing I can do.” Absolutely disgusting appalling customer service ! And now I will have to pay more for my ticket cause of some lazy staff who can’t do their job! Ridiculous.

Der har ikke været roomservice gennem hele opholdet (4 nætter). Jeg bad om roomservice, og stadig fik jeg den ikke. Døren til skabet var ødelagt, og jeg beder om at få det lavet, men det blev heller ikke gjort. Jeg fik kun rene håndklæder toiletpapir og sæbe, fordi jeg gik i receptionen og bad om det.
