Super friendly and helpful and responsive staff, very relaxed atmosphere, rooms are bright and clean and spacious with large windows and sofas or chairs, sound proofing is excellent and the hotel is quiet and on the edge of a beautiful park but also good location for the city centre. My second stay and I would come back again without a second thought

We had a comfortable and pleasant 2 night stay. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Bedroom was comfortable. Didn’t like that our large bed was two singles pushed together and the doona was not quite big enough. The gym is basic. Breakfast buffet was up to standard . Parking was free which is a big plus . I have no problem recommending this hotel and would return. Tip- the hotel is in a quiet residential area but there is a sizeable supermarket about 150 meters to the right as you exit the hotel.(one of the Maxima chain of shops)

Hotel close to the city park not so far from the center. A la carte restaurant was closed during wedding event.

We arrived at 13.30 ish and were too early to book into our room. We returned around 17.00, expecting a room as per my booking. We were given what the counter clerk said was a room as per my booking (double bed with park view). This was double-checked by another clerk who confirmed it was correct. However, Having gone to the room, it was with single beds and city view (and dirty toilet) - not as per booking. We were given another room, also confirmed as correct as per booking. But this also was NOT as per booking. We needed to out of the hotel before 17.30, but the hotel were unable to allocate us a room. So we left and returned after 10.00pm to a room that was (finally) as per the booking. As compensation for the misunderstanding, we were given two vouchers for complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar. However, these were only for non-alcoholic drinks, which meant we were given vouchers for the equivalent of complimentary drinks that were anyway available in the rooms. So nothing extra at all in fact. Staff were apologetic of course and the hotel was generally ok. But not being able to get into our room until after 22.00 hours was disappointing to say the least!

Hotel and room smelled to cigarettes. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Stayed for for one night and rooms very comfortable and a good size. Wi fi very good and restaurant food good. Breakfast very busy but service still good. Ideal for a hassle free business trip well located for the motorways and airport.

It was short but comfortable stay with good quality service and nice breakfast
