Lakeside Resort & Conference Center

Room was great always roomy, pool is awesome, temperature is always perfect and I love that there isn't a height regulation because my youngest is always too short to ride them back home and he loves it he is 4 and has been swimming without a lifejacket since 2 and your slide is the only one he's always been able to enjoy . I love the 11 am checkout its awesome .

That the pool closes at 8pm instead of 10pm we come up to visit grandparents and usually like to spend day with them and now we have to leave them early if the kids want time in the pool. We come and stay like 2-4 times a year and so do some of our other relatives. This was disappointing to all of us. No vending machines or food after restaurant hours, didnt realize this since they're was always using vending machines and had go across road at 10pm to get snacks and drinks. Floor on pool ramps gets kind of slick near the tables something that helped with grip would be beneficial The shower head in handicap room 229 was setup so it would only spray straight...

The pool could of been open longer. If your going to offer water park and kids stuff it needs to be family friendly. Like a restaurant. The rooms were nice The hot tub was nice.

The bar had good drinks. The food was very good also. The bed was quite comfortable.

The reception. We arrived about 15 minutes after checkin time and the reeptionist has to go see if our room was ready. Took forever and we needed to get ready for a wedding.

The room was very comfortable and it is a beautiful spot on a lake.

We went for the pool, which was pretty great but in need of a good paint job.

there was one house keeper that actually cleaned our room who made it worth staying the other night

We came into a dirty room. Half of the things in the room didn't work at all or were broken an never fixed. The coffee maker was still dirty. We had feces on our comforter, the ice bucket still had trash in it. The pull out bed was broken and the couch was stuffed with trash! The bathroom mirror still has writing on it. Last year it was dirty this year it was disgusting. The manager Jocelyn was an absolute crotch she wouldn't come out to speak with us in person until my husband spoke up and said something. She tried to say all we were trying to do was get a free stay. When in all reality when you pay almost 500 for a 2 night stay you should have a clean room and amenities that actually work! I will never go back I even told the manager that all she could say was okay IV heard everyone say I'm sorry and I'm sure you don't need another one. I hope they can find a better manager than that bc she's going to really hurt that place!

Staff was nice, view on other side of lake very nice.

Pool area dirty, room not worth the money, way out of town, beds were horrid like super old mattresses and breakfast was a huge let down.

No info about what # to dial for the hotel. Should put menus in room also. The door was really hard to open, closet door wouldn’t stay shut & no screen on balcony door
