The room and the view was beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was very conveniently located for our New Years Eve night out.

What an absolutely relaxing stay! Everything was done via text, and could not have been easier or more pleasant! The room was clean, beautiful view of the river, within steps of everything you would want to see in the lovely downtown area! Parking was free and plentiful, and the room was immaculate! I would highly recommend!

The conditioner dispenser tab was broken; bathroom could have been cleaner but all in all the stay was great.

The room was super cozy and comfortable. Clean and sweet view of the river.

This place was great. Very clean and updated nicely with great modern flair in what feels like a historic building. It was a little weird to me when I first learned we would not have a front desk for check-in, but then I realized it was just like staying at a VRBO. Room was just as we expected. Large and bright with a great bathroom and a large private balcony above the boathouse cantina, right on the river. Fantastic place for a fall get-away. Oh, also, great food at the connected restaurants which share the same ownership, and don't miss the discount provided to hotel guests. Coffee and breakfast were both great at the shop downstairs immediately below the hotel on the street side.

Great location in downtown Salida. Our room had a view of the Arkansas River. The room had been updated fairly recently. It was spacious and unique. The room came with ear plugs and we found out why on Saturday night when we were kept awake by some people nearby who had been having a good time. Also my husband who has back issues found the beds too soft.
