"Perfect stay to enjoy the NCAA First Four tournament."

Cleanliness, location and quiet. We slept well both nights. Our events were at Dayton Arena. About 15 minutes from the stadium.

Exceeded my expectations. Looked to be a new building, everything clean and in great shape. Breakfast was above normal. Staff friendly. Room fully equipped for pleasant and quiet night of sleep.
