Hermoso lugar. Algunas habitaciones les deben dar mantenimiento de plomería para no gastar agua. Sugiero que se vuelva a abrir la sección de siglo XXI todo el tiempo y dar opción de quedarse ahí. La experiencia, en comparación al siglo XIX es muy distinta.

Pésimo servicio en todo Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y era un horno En la alberca se tardaron 70 min para traernos 2 toallas No hay salvavidas ni donas por si alguien está teniendo problemas en la alberca

El personal de la recepción es bastante grosero al recibirte. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y a pesar de tener las habitaciones disponibles no pudieron tener criterio y otorgarnoslas para mayor comodidad. El hotel estaba prácticamente vacío y ni así pudieron hacer una excepción. La alberca está helada a pesar de ser invierno.

Reservé con 1 mes de anticipación y hable para confirmar solicitando la zona siglo XVIII y me confirmaron que así sería y estaba registrado. Un día antescde mi llegada volví hablar para reservar la cena de navidad y reconfirmar la zona, y me dijeron que ya no había disponibilidad en el siglo XVIII y que al día siguiente a mi llegada les comentara; cosa que al día siguiente me dijeron que no había disponibilidad y me recomendaron mas la zona siglo XXI ya que eran mas grandes y mejores habitaciones para una persona de la tercera edad, LO CUAL ES UNA MENTIRA ya que la zona esta lejos de los restaurantes y hay que caminar y no tienen servicio de carrito de golf a partir de cierto horario. El teléfono de la habitación no servia. Es mas bonita y mejor la zona siglo XVIII.

such an incredible and beautiful place. It has everything. Horse, tennis, bicyling, golf, ping pong, and incredible covered swimming pool, jacuzzi, everything, So nicely done in an old renewed Hacienda. Incredible place. Nothing to do outside the Hacienda though.
