Nice hotel

Massive flight delay leaving to get here. Nick called at 1:45AM to check on us and make sure we were still coming. All Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Staff is nice. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are good.

I heard that they where re doing the rooms. I think we got the last room on the schedule. The tile around the tub was all cracked. The lamp shade was dented and had some stains on it. The shower area is extremely dangerous. You have to step up about a foot to get in it. I wouldn't be surprised that someone hasn't tripped getting out of it. We try calling the front desk and the clerk could not hear me. I tried calling again no one would answer the phone. Good luck if you are staying here. Price was very high for this hotel.

Beware! Stayed there for Road America event, had an emergency and had to leave. Attempted to get a refund for over a month and manager was NEVER available for a resolution. Disappointing and frustrating experience to say the least.

There was a good share of noise during our stay. The breakfast was OK; however, they ran out of eggs for our 2nd morning. The place was clean and conveniently located.

Good clean reasonable hotel

We particularly liked the location of this property. The pool was also clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was disappointing. The first morning eggs were out before eight. Waffle mix was out. Only one pad of butter was left and the front desk was not manned. That was a problem checking in as no one was there while 4-5 of us were waiting to check in. It was also overpriced for a modest hotel. But it worked out okay and was convenient for us.
