Bad location. No one helps u at night even they said they will be there for check-in. You called many times but no one picks up the phone. Trap reservation options of non-refundable rooms. Very bad traffic conditions. There is no service level in my mind. The low light of our Norway travel.

dinner was exelent

The breakfast was great, with many options.I particularly enjoyed the bead and cheese.

Can't think of anything that could be better.

I think there should be a more important warning that it is not possible to arrive by car

Iconic location along Flam train track. Beautiful natural surroundings including remnant snow patches on the mountains and waterfalls from snow melt.

Unfortunately there was major rail track by noisy heavy machinery until midnight. Unlucky. Dinner cost was 225 Norwegian kron.

I was getting down in Myrdral around 9:30PM, Flam railway, which is the only way to get to the hotels had no service at this time. The manager of the train that I was travelling contacted the hotel, and the hotel sent me one of the staff members with a luggage carrier to pick me. All my friends in England said that it is something exceptional way of treating a customer. Staff was so very friendly and also helpful. The view from the hotel is amazing, and unbelievable. Breakfast is so delicious with home made bread and porridge, and also locally produced jams.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
