The first room smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room didn't smell but felt old and run down. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Shampoo and conditioner smelled great!

The size of the rooms and the morning check out lady was very nice. Your location was perfect for the concert venue. Yes I would stay again. It was just a bummer our room did not get its normal cleaning done. Also the noon check out was amazing.

when I called to book a 2nd room 2-3 weeks prior to our date of stay I was told I would have connecting rooms. And I called to confirm the day before was informed by Itbal that all 79 rooms were full and that would not be possible, and they would be close to each other. Which they were which was great. A portion of our group arrived before I did and checked in and our room had not been cleaned. When told they did find staff still there to clean the room. But the room had a weird smell to it and only had 2 towels when we had 5 people potentially in the room. The nightstand between the beds was coming off the wall and the dresser drawers kept rolling open like the floor was not level. And the roll out couch bed was made already, and we were unsure if that is a normal practice with the sheets and light blanket made up, normally we have to make the bed from mattress pad up. And due to the room not being cleaned we didn't want to use it. Only 2 coffee packs and only 1 condiments package which was wet somehow, and the sugar could not be used.

There was lots of grassy area for me dogs to go and doggy poop bags and can for our use.
