Room was clean and staff friendly. I stay couple times a year and they have always been great. This visit the elevator was broken and lugging all our bags to the third floor was pretty rough. My friend has lung disease and was having trouble. Hopefully won’t be a problem next time.
Staff friendly, fire alarm system broke elevator could not be fixed until Monday morning. I am handicapped only room available on THIRD floor, six (6) flights stairs… could not get breakfast no ELEVATOR

Ir was clean, quiet, very nice.
USLocation was good for what we needed.
First room had a puddle of water in front of one of the beds and the a/c made a loud squeal every time it kicked on. We asked for a different room and got one. The floors in our room were filthy, bedspread was too silky to stay on bed, there was mold on the wall beneath the lavatory. I took a picture.
