Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Windsor

Check in online through the app originally. We got to the hotel earlier than expected and the staff were kind enough to allow us into a room that was good to go. The room was clean and ready to go. Beds were comfortable - we had 2 queens and each bed had 4 pillows each. Temperature in the room was at a constant 22 C, no problems at all. Even though we were located near the elevator, we didn't hear anything all night - not sure if the hotel was at capacity or just that quiet to begin with. Breakfast was typical hot buffet - scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes, cereals, waffles. Did find that they did run out of things fast though - not sure if they expected all the families - between a dance troupe, hockey team, and a funeral (just by looking around the room). Love the addition of fresh fruit and fruit salad. Did have to ask staff to clean a few tables for my family. Check out was just as easy. Close to the border if looking for a hotel near by. Would definitely stay here again.
