Checking in was a breeze and the room/hotel was very clean and up to date.

"Like camping"

We stayed at this hotel 4 times this year. The experience was great until the last one. On Sunday morning, we didn’t have hot water. The front desk said they had an issue with their boiler and maintenance was looking at it. Next morning, same issue and the front desk said the issue was only with our room and not the boiler. My wife was not impressed. Needless to say we staying elsewhere next time.

"Rooms are good, no hot water"

Stayed on the 7th floor, no hot water in bathroom or sink Water was lukewarm in sink but then turned cold again Rooms however are clean

The day before arriving, Riley moved our rooms around to accommodate our family. The rooms were perfect for our family visit, clean, spacious, everything worked, variety of pillows and it was quiet. The availability of the pool was great for the kids and 10 minute drive to indoor splash park. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a variety for the kids. Edy was very friendly and helpful at checkout. **Fantastic experience for a one night getaway. I will definitely return!
