Indysouth western inn

Mold in shower smoking in building. Checked in went to eat went back looked at the room, went to get our money back. Customer service was rude. Very shady area.

5日ほど前に予約していたのに当日チェックインしようとしたら満室のため宿泊出来ませんでした。 到着が遅い時間ではありましたがチェックイン可能時間内にかかわらず満室とするのは予約の意味がないと思います。

Need refund wouldn't let me stay

The condition of the property was deplorable and the room was unsafe as the smoke detector wasn't present. If you would like pictures I can forward them but I already sent an email with them. I would like a refund.

My party and I had to leave. Roaches, holes in wall, doors would not lock, towels dirty! I took pictures of everything!!!

Bathroom had holes in walls a dead roach on floor. Just gross.

The property & the room was dirty. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. No working smoke detector with wires showing through the ceiling. The room wasn't clean at all. The dirty caked up around the edges of the walls. There was drug residue in the sitting chair. Absolutely the worst motel I've ever been to or stayed in.

The room was not at all what was advertised. The mattress was dirty, the comforter on the bed had burn holes and the two pillows that were on the bed were the thinnest pillows I had ever seen. When my husband asked for more pillows at least, the office manager tried to say that he didn't have any pillows. Then, the shower had paint chipping in the bottom of the tub. We did not stay here. Knowing we wouldn't get a refund, we just checked out and went to another hotel.

Cockroaches crawling wasted a whole 80$ didn't even stay
