"We needed a good place to stop for the night and this was a very good choice. We were comfortable."

Breakfast was good. (I’ll never be a fan of fake eggs, but there were some other proteins to choose from.) The view from the front of the hotel at night was spectacular at this time of year. The lake is decked out with many Christmas lights.

The bathroom fixtures are noticeably aging, but everything was very clean. The lights from the rear parking area are extremely bright at night and it would be nice if the curtains were slightly oversized to block out the edges of the window more thoroughly. None of these criticisms are a deal breaker. I would return here.

didnt end up staying there

the fact they gave our room away. I arrived with a family of five for a baseball tournament. I was supposed to check in Wednesday night but did not make it, because I broke my toe. So, we showed up Thursday about 12 noon to found out they cancel my whole booking. This was unheard of. We luckily found a room elsewhere to accommodate us. My grandchildren were fearful we were going to have to sleep in the car.
