Room was large and comfortable

Everything smelled like cigarettes, it was dingy and I didn't feel safe. The people in the room next to me were shouting about "killing and stabbing each other". I asked the receptionist to switch my room because I didn't feel safe, she shook me off, and said they didn't have rooms and that no one would bother me. It was very sketchy and I would not stay here again.

We really like the employee there and Mercedes was wonderful to us and she remember us everytime we go there

It smelled terrible carpets were disgusting mold growing on the ceiling had mice and roaches felt sick my entire stay

There were no pullout couches or cox for extra guests and the description on the website says it has both

I am here very often with my Goddaughters, since moving my elderly parents into my home. I love the upgrades they have done to the rooms. Unfortunately, there are always people in the front smoking. I hate having to walk through it. I have also had to ask someone if I could use the cart to take my bags to my room because they had it outside using it as a seat. There was new staff and I really did not appreciate having to wait for her to end her personal call to acknowledge that I was even standing there. The bed was nice and comfortable. BUT we went out to eat, I went to ask for a blanket since there was none in the room and was told I had to wait for housekeeping in the morning. Def did not appreciate that either. As I stated I have been coming here for a long time. Seems like staff has become way to relaxed and unprofessional.

I stay here alot when my Goddaughters come to visit. The room renovations are awesome. The bed is super comfortable and its always clean when I'm there. The only issue I have is all the people in front of the door smoking. They're not even off to the side but right by the door and I wasnt too happy having to breathe smoke just to entee the building. I actually had to ask a lady if i could use the cart to take my bags up as she was sitting on it outside smoking
