Good service on Arrival , but didn’t last till the end

Wanted to go to the pool , so had to go to reception to get a towel , the receptionist asked me for 20 Euro deposit , i said put on the room or my Card , he refused by saying it has to be cash . i told him i don’t have cash , he insisted its only cash that they take , he asked to go out and find a cash machine to withdraw Cash , i didn’t even had my wallet on me and was in my bathing suit and and a bath slipper , he went to the pool with a towel , very poor service indeed .

La comida del buffet está buenísima. El servicio y la atención del personal del hotel ea fantástica. La vitrina de los libros en idiomas....me enamoró!

Good location, breakfast was good, staff were generally good, spa area was nice. Rooms typical for Spain, clean and bright, had most things like hairdryer, safe etc. Cleaned well and kept well.

Half board dinner was basic and quality was poor which was the most disappointing thing overall. Poor quality food and limited choice for dinner (hotel could do much better here). Entertainment was very poor in the evening. The lifts are very slow and very annoying. Unhappy with the Booking.Com reviews before booking as did not represent balance and showed mostly very positive reviews. I would avoid half board but the breakfast was pretty good.

Gorgeous hotel Lovely room The spa facilities are world class Beautiful massage and the spa room is incredible very relaxing Food was lovely, nice presented restaurant. Clean and comfortable.

Can't fault it

Breakfast and dinner were extraordinary, food was very good and very diverse. Friendly staff, place for bicycles, parking for cars, spa, room ok

Unfortunately on the second floor you can hear the music from the ground floor very loudly, you can hardly fall asleep, so I recommend staying from the 4th floor upwards, in terms of the spa it is clean but for such a big hotel it is very small, the breakfast hours are very tight, considering that you are on vacation to have breakfast from 8 to 10 in the morning seems insufficient to me. The soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent, you hear everything the person in the next room does and what happens in the hotel lobby
