Hotel RH Victoria & Spa 4 Sup

Liked location, food cleanness, everything.

We had a family week here mid March, 3 superior rooms for 6 of us. We were all very happy with the rooms. Spacious comfortable and extremely clean. I had maid service daily and it was excellent. Bathroom had double sink, bath and shower with toilet and bidet. Hair dryer, kettle, fridge and free safe. Enough closet space. Our balcony had a good view and we could see the sea and pool. Bar areas good, staff couldn’t be any more helpful - very good indeed. Entertainment in the bar area was a singer most nights - shout out to Ariel he was the one we liked the best. We would have a few drinks before going out. Walk to the old town easily and some of us walked to the new town some of us got a quick taxi for €7 Each meal time the staff pushed tables together for our party, they removed plates etc quickly they were very attentive. Food - limited in choice compared to some places I’ve been, however what was there was good in quality. We aren’t “foodies” so we were happy to choose what we fancied to fill up and we enjoyed the ambiance of a drink and chatting during meal times rather than tasting and indulging in the food. This was a very comfortable hotel to live in for a week.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed, we arrived 5 minutes before the end of dinner service (9.30pm) and the lady on reception said leave your cases with me, head down for food and we'll check in once you've eaten, lovely touch. In fact every interaction with a staff member was excellent and helpful if needed. It was our Wedding Anniversary and the staff left some heart balloons and chocolates with a little note on our bed, so thoughtful, the rooms are huge with everything you could need, large double bed each, massive wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle, plenty of seating options plus a suitcase bench too. Nice bathroom, double sinks, shower & bath plus hairdryer and lots of towels. Great location, 2 minutes walk to Old Town, 10 minutes to start of New Town (20 to Neptune's etc). Beach promenade just a 4 minute walk away too. Bus stop interchange only 100 metres round corner for buses to Altea/ Albir. Pool area was clean and tidy with sufficient loungers and a nice little sun terrace tucked away up a set of stairs too. We went Half Board and food was lovely, Breakfast had everything you could think of, plus omelettes / poached eggs cooked to order, great choice of cooked and continental options. Evening meal was spot on too, again plenty of options again cooked fresh options with fish, grilled chicken etc. All food was warm and staff were excellent. I really cannot find anything to complain about this hotel. Would definitely return

The room was spotless and the bed was absolutely massive. We loved the balcony, which overlooked the pool and gave us sun all day. We were right in-between old and new town, so could walk everywhere in minutes and the staff were so friendly. 100% recommend.

There are very few times i find it difficult to critique, but thankfully this is one of those times. Brilliant hotel.

Another lovely stay at the Victoria.The kettle in my room would not stay on i spoke to Marcus the assistant manager and he bought a new one to my room.Lovely comfortable bed and a nice big room. Plenty of choice in the dining room. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff are all friendly. I cant comment on the entertainment as i went out in the evening. Will defo be returning again
