"Bien à part le Check in."

L’emplacement.

Le manque de personnel. La personne à la réception était seule avec au moins 15 personnes qui faisaient leur Check in pour 16:00. En plus des chambres n’étaient pas prêtes, et il n’était pas au courant. De plus, le système informatique était très lent. Notre Check in a pris plus de 30 minutes.

"Correct pour nos besoins"

Le réceptionniste était tout à fait incompétent. Ça nous a pris environ 45 minutes pour s’enregistrer et de se rendre compte qu’on avait une chambre au 1er et l’autre au 3e !

"Ppir une nuitée, c’est Oke…mais pas long séjour!!"

L’hôtel a besoin d’être rafraîchie …murs, tapis, peinture !! Le déjeuner très très bien et personnel aussi

"Tournoi volley-ball"

Le personnel de la réception était bien, petit déjeuner inclus dans le restaurant communiquant à côté, pas besoin de sortir. Emplacement à proximité de l'université où était le tournoi de volley-ball.

La chambre était vraiment désuète et triste, les lampes et les prises de courant ne fonctionnaient pas à moitié...
