Hampton Inn East Aurora

Great Breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed. We were able to walk to many stores and restaurants.

Our room had very little light even during the day with the windows open. It would have been nice to have a bit more lights.

This hotel is by far one of the best accommodation experiences I have had in this country. We had the opportunity to stay at multiple Hampton Inn's during our trip, and there really was no comparison. From incredibly friendly and helpful staff, to a thoughtful atmosphere, to a meticulously clean environment - this hotel was PERFECT. I have years of experience working in the hospitality industry. It is very seldom that I find a hotel that I would rate as highly as this one. Great job to the entire team at East Aurora Hampton Inn!

Lots of options for breakfast. The food was stocked well and the coffee was nice and hot.

The bathroom exhaust fan in my room stayed on the whole time and didn't turn off when the light was turned off. I ended up just closing the bathroom door so I didn't have to hear it all night. A mild inconvenience.

We stayed here one quick overnight. Got in about 930pm and checked out at 9am. The hotel room was clean, beds comfortable, and plenty of places to put our luggage. Check in was a bit of a pain. I came to the desk, and while I looked for my wallet, the agent fielded a phone call. It ended up being a 5 minute long call with a customer trying to book room three months from then, and I was forced stand there at 9:30pm in front of him waiting while my kids begged to go to bed. He made eye contact with me, and still kept on the call. He apologized, but I would think he would try to check me in while on the phone. I did appreciate that he recognized my gold status, kind of excitedly, and gave us two waters and two snacks.
