"No respetaron la extensión de mi estancia"

La estancia fue buena, tuve la necesidad de quedarme una noche mas y solicite en recepción extender mi estancia y el gerente general puso a nuestra disposición a una persona pars trato personalizado que fue con quien se solicitó la noche extra explicándole que llegaríamos por la noche, en dos ocasiones le llame para recordarle que SI tomariamos la habitación y su respuesta fue “tu estancia esta 100% garantizada solo necesitas llegar” al llegar no estaba la habitación, despertaron a dos huéspedes para confirmar si su estancia tenía reservación, me dijeron que sobrevendieron la ocupación de cuartos y “usted disculpe por la confusión” y que lo que mas podían hacer era ayudarme a conseguir estancia en otro hotel. El gerente general despues de yo insistir en una explicación me llamo para disculparse por el “malentendido” justificando a su personal argumentando un error humano TODOS desde la cabeza gerente general, recepionista, valet, bellboy, asi como la persona asignada para clientes “VIP” tuvieron un pesimo manejo de la situación y pero comunicación conmigo

La limpieza en general bien, el servicio del personal bueno, la ubicación excelente. El unico pero, es que tenian un grupo grande con un autobus enorme, obstaculizando la entrada, creo que podrìan ubicar ese tipo de vehiculos en otro lado
