The location

The heat didn’t work. I notified the office our first day but nothing was done. There is no a/c so if it gets hot there is only a small table fan. The shower went from cold to scalding hot. The breakfast consisted of basically muffins or fruit. There is no place to plug the coffee pot so you have to move it to bathroom counter to use. There were small bugs in bathroom and woke to a spider in my bed. The wires from the television rest on the heat source so if it was functioning it could cause a fire. I was told the manager would contact me regarding a credit but i never heard from him.

The staff were friendly enough although didn't see anyone beyond sitting at the front desk, excellent location (in town, could walk to everything just a block from aerial tram)

The rooms were not great, didn't feel any "victorian charm", barren feeling, maintenance/upkeep could've been much better. I would give it a 2-star rating for quality, but what you are paying for is the location.

A very cute hotel in a very cute town. Telluride is beautiful. Hotel was also very nice. Check in was smooth. Free parking was available on the street. Rooms were small but comfortable. All amenities plus heating. Breakfast was more like continental and pick from the reception area to your room. Overall cute and reasonable priced.

Very convenient to Colorado Ave-the main shopping etc corridor. Very nice staff. Comfortable room. There is a hot tub and a fire pit area with chairs to relax. There is also insight parking.

Our stay here was pleasant. The location right in town is perfect for parking once and walking everywhere. The staff are helpful and friendly and there is a nice fire pit and hot tub in the courtyard for guest use. But this place is in need of a major facelift. The rooms are dingy with no art on the walls and the beds were not super comfortable. The included breakfast is meager, even for US continental offerings and there is nowhere to sit and enjoy your breakfast inside so they told us we had to sit in our room and eat. (A covid time rule that could be switched back perhaps?...) With lodging prices so steep in Telluride, this is a good budget option and it's location by far is the best perk. But if you're looking for something with amenities and upgrades, keep looking.

Comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Easy check-in/check-out process, can’t beat the location to everything in Telluride.

Perfect location in this old style Victorian inn.. within walking distance to restaurants shops and the gondola… our only issue was the room was to warm, no air con, we think maybe their was an issue with the thermostat?
