"Practicle, comfortable, central, clean."

Very central location, great view of the historic Lackawanna Station (now the Radisson), excellent breakfast. Carl, the breakfast cook, was a character and what he made hit the spot!

It was a little overpriced and there was a persistent, fairly loud hum from what I assume were the air ducts (we were on the 7th floor).

"So close to Steam town but...."

Location, building, room, bathroom, bed, smell

Carpet was stained and the breakfast that I paid extra for wasn't really worth it. The hostess and waitress were complaining and the buffet pans were half empty. You had to wait for the chef to prepare something which took forever because everyone was also ordering because the trays were empty. Having to park in the garage next door and pay$16 per day.
