property outside the room was fine

Expedia has an option to pay at the property and I chose that, they said we dont do that option you had to pay prior in order to reserve the room. Went tired after work and when arrived at the property said your has an issue with the card so we didnt kept the room for you. However, I reserved a week prior. The lady was nice . Idk it was haven inn fault or the app fault about showing pay at the property. It was so inconvient and I had to look for some property at the spot and it was way tooo expensive at the last moment and also cause of weekend.

Ok, if you are not a woman traveling alone or staying more than one night.

bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, hair everywhere. tv not working

The front counter person gave me the house rules including no guests ,couldn’t watch the Blue Jay game or much anything else , cable tv said “One moment please” which means the signal isn’t strong enough for the box to pull in a signal. I explained it to the front counter the next morning, but they fluffed it off. Check your tv when you get to your room. (Incidentally, I went down to the office that same evening also and told the front desk , their response was “Take it up with management in the morning “ she said with her back to me. Not good customer service.you get what you pay for.

Very helpful staff and excellent value for money.

Horrible experience the rooms are so dirty and the bed sheet has holes in it and it smelly. I do not recommend going there ever.

Easy access to places to eat. View of an appartment building outside your front door was appealing.

Nice,clean property. Room was clean and spacious with a fridge and microwave.
