Park Inn by Radisson, Sydney

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and generally updated. I liked having a window that opened for fresh air and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise featuring a Filipino breakfast as well as more regular fare.

The main part of the room is poorly lit with two lamps that are accessed at floor level. The room while updated, was not well finished in places. I hope they continue to update the place as that is probably the main detraction for people.

No fan in the bathroom, no instructions to get tv to work, bathroom needed updating.

Location was ok

The room was small and dimly lit. Strong smell upon entering the hotel lobby. The staff was not friendly and was eating at front desk.

It was what we needed at the time as it was a last minute decision to stay in Sydney for the night.

The property is huge and very dated. It needs a lot of work. The TV didn’t work right and when we asked about it, there was no maintenance on staff. The poor young lady at reception was the only one there. She tried.

Needs some TLC Lights coming out of ceiling Painting and plastering not great Shower curtain not supported well Not great room service. Never came by once to clean or remove garbage Wife unplugged the sink Had to push door hard to shut And no elevator

The room was clean and a nice color. Bathroom was mostly clean.

There was no working elevator which was very unfortunate. We were also supposed to have a courtyard view, but ended up having a view of a side parking lot and what appeared to be an apartment building. The atta he'd restaurant was very over priced for not the best food.

Room didn't get cleaned during stay. Door didnt open or close properly. Dirty

Staff was very friendly and the restaurant food was great. I had a 2 year old and 4 year old with me so we were a bit chaotic and they wanted to wonder arround the hotel a lot and not stay in their seats at the restaurant, but staff didn't seem to mind at all and it was a very relaxed welcoming atmosphere.

The small details of the place was a bit run down. Chipped paint and floor boards separating and toilet was running all night. For the price, these aren't details that negatively impacted our stay at all though.
