Rien, ne pas aller dans cet hôtel

Nous avons réservé sur internet a notre arrivée à 23h30, pas de chauffage dans la chambre, chambre vétuste, pas de couverture supplémentaire et personne au téléphone et dans l'hôtel (boîte à clé) 3dg dehors peut être 10 dans la chambre, nuit de M....de. , au petit matin, on nous répond :il fallait tourner les boutons des radiateurs, comme si on n'avait pas essayé 🤔 On nous réclame 12€ en espèces car il appartient aux voisins. DES ESCROCS A ÉVITER

Mir wurde leider mehr Geld berechnet als vereinbart. Deshalb habe ich telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen und um die Rückerstattung des zu viel abgebuchten Betrags gebeten. Der männliche Mitarbeiter war jedoch überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit und hat das Gespräch einfach beendet. Dieses Verhalten war sehr unprofessionell und enttäuschend. Diese Erfahrung hat meine Stimmung deutlich beeinträchtigt. Ich hoffe, dass das Problem geklärt wird und mir der zu viel berechnete Betrag zurückerstattet wird.
