The lady at the check out was very condescending and patronizing. The cocktail waitress were and young female bar tender was very rude and condescending! I don’t patronize businesses to be patronized

We did not stay here. When we came we discovered we could not have our dog so we asked to cancel the booking. The front desk staff said they couldn't/wouldn't cancel it. They also denied on appeal.

I had a great time. I came out here to visit family and it was a great time. The hotel was Nice. Clean and comfortable and welcoming the employees were very friendly.
