The only issue we encountered was that the door into the room had warped or was off-balanced so that as the door was closed, the top portion of the door hit against the frame and we had to slam the door really hard to close it.

Our stay was pretty good. Everything went well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give full stars was that a smoke smell was still slightly discernible in our room (even though they were non-smoking). I am not sure if this is because we were on the ground floor with the casino (where smoking was permitted) or if a while ago they permitted smoking in the room which couldn’t quite be rid of the smell (even through renovation). The rooms were otherwise modern and updated.

"Convenient and Comfortable "

My room was ready early and I really appreciated that. The jacuzzi was wonderful!! The shower water pressure is a little weak. The king bed is very comfortable.

"Dirty carpet, don’t go barefoot"

Room was fine, floors were disgustingly dirty. Your feet turn black from walking on the carpet. Gross!

Excellent. Did online check-in early and they notified me when my room was ready. The room was clean and fresh with a good view of the pool.
