Amazing property with beautiful green and open spaces, wonderful hospitality and warm courteous staff! Truly made our New Year’s Eve absolute delight! Location is upscale neighbourhood of Jaipur, exclusivity with impeccable service, authentic South Indian food at the Library is a must have!!!

Loved the room,welcoming staff,hospitality and ambience

The rooms were comfortable and spacious; the Library, which is the in house restaurant and one that specialises in South Indian cuisine, had great food, quite authentic and the place stacked with books made it nicer (although I personally felt a coffee shop with books would have done more justice)

There were a couple of things that made the experience rather not exceptionally great. First, the location of the hotel which Google maps deceitfully directs you to the outer boundary and not the hotel. A mention that the hotel is located within Clarks Amer would have made a whale of a difference. Secondly, when we did figure that it is within Clarks Amer, there was no signage which way is Brij Nest and the guards were the least helpful as though we were trespassing. Third, the room we were first assigned reeked of cigarettes and the staff denied saying it was candle! We finally got a change of rooms. Finally, this may be unrelated but the location if the restaurant The Library right at the entrance makes it awkward as you have to pass through restaurant visitors gaping at you and the smell of food is not what you wish for as you enter the hotel. Perhaps a design change and better information about the hotel location would help.
