We would like to inform you that we now offer express check-in and check-out to our guests via kiosks in the hotel lobby. Please feel free to ask our friendly staff upon arrival if you need assistance. Please note that the total price of the reservation, plus a credit card fee will be charged at the time of creating your booking. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and on your photo ID. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed. Failure to provide pre-payment may result in the booking being canceled. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club or American Express credit card. Please note that this hotel does not facilitate accommodations for quarantine purposes (COVID-19) All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Early check-in is available for an additional $30.00 from 10:00am only (after 12:00pm is subject to room availability). Late check out is available for an additional $35.00 up until 1:00 pm (day use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.
