For more than $100 per night I got an uncomfy bed and roaches, thanks no bed bugs.

Reasonably priced and clean

Everything was good with the property right across from a Mexican restaurant. That was very good as well.

Very convenient with a few restaurant options an easy stroll away. The room was large and comfortable, comfy bed with nice linen and a decent shower. Good value for a few nights close to Tallahassee with a car. Easy short drive in an out of downtown and surrounds. Recommended budget option.

Breakfast was just a bread or bun. Orange juice was not refilled. Staff was stoic

The receptionists were very helpful, got me into a smoke-free room at the same price, even though it was supposed to cost more. And I forgot my chargers at the hotel at checkout day, and I cam back at 11:30 and the lady had them for me at the desk! And a side note, the bathrooms are quite clean for a sketchy looking hotel!

Breakfast was a joke. Only good thing was shower.

My son was running in a state competition. We were in close proximity to the park.

We had a broken window, a broken deadbolt on the door. The sheets and towels were dirty. The upholstery on the furniture (chairs) was filthy. The room was non-smoking but reeked of smoke. The staff at chrck-in/check-out was less than hospitable. It was one of the worst stays I have ever had. If we hadn't checked in late and been tired, we would have surely left.
