It was in a great location. Autumn was very polite

Our room was dirty. The bedding had hair all over it. The bedding was not changed from the last guest. There was an open water bottle and a medicine cap on the counter. The bathroom was not clean. There was an old bottle of body wash in the shower and dirty towels on the counter.

Second room didn’t have ants

Staff was not helpful

Loved the staff! So sweet service was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel!

Nothing

The restroom was dirty and had mold. We had to ask them for towels and toilet paper. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had to ask for someone to clean the room. Trash was never picked up. Swimming pool was disgusting. And staff were not friendly at all. We would say good morning, thank you and we got no response.

Staff is great, room is clean.

I wish the breakfast was better, and they had a small bar.

Waited a good 3 mins for check-in staff to show up. She was quite unfriendly to the man waiting in front of me and he left irritated. Not friendly to me either

Good hotel, right off the highway. Perfect spot overnight for a long trip. Stay there on my way to Ohio and on my way back. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel to grab a bite to eat hotel is clean as well comfortable.
