Property is really pretty, and conveniently located. Free guest laundry is a plus.

Girls at the front desk are so rude and get annoyed when you interrupt their conversations or ask for anything. The room was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all and like the 'cleaners' had never cleaned anything before in their lives There was a diaper in the bin when we checked in, and the surfaces were filthy. Just gross. Lights in the room weren’t working either, so it was really dark.

not enough tea bags for the duration. Supply not replenished over the weekend. No complementary biscuits/chocolate/fruit as a welcome. Whilst pleasant the staff lacked local tourist information. Music too loud in dining area.

Liked how easy and fast the check in was and how friendly the staff were

The room was not in the best of condition. Seemed like there was a lot of wear and tear on the room
