Location was fine, close to groceries. We had to add an additional day due to a snowstorm. It was done without an issue. It would be nice if there'd be a 3 night discount. Staff very easy to work with, extra towels brought, use of pizza oven shared, even the cutter!

In room whirlpool VERY slippery! Cleaning chemicals or just poor design?? People with pets who were inconsiderate by letting their animal pee at the main entrance, you know, where people walk?? And since we had a snowstorm, it was quite noticeable. Breakfast was meh at best. Hot food was prepared in microwaves, coffee bar was cold.

That there was a pool

Pool was closed without notice or even a sign on the door for entire stay. Found drugs in room. Was told would get 50 taken off of stay and didn't. Breakfast was old and crusty at 8am stopped going after second day
