Went to take the kids to the pool and there were adults making out in the pool. The room we were in DID NOT match the pictures. You can tell they half ass renovated the room as the door knobs didn’t fit the holes on the bathroom door, the door lock got stuck in the bathroom. There was no secure lock on the hotel door for the latch to sit on. No outlets easily reachable. Breakfast was nothing fancy. The fruit was old and wrinkly. Went to use the waffle maker it the spatula looked like it had mold on it. Overall very disappointed. Will not be coming back to this location.

Location is near my mom’s so we could spend more time with her

Hot tub has been broken for more than a year according to staff and no repairs done. Very disappointed

We booked the hotel because it was supposed to have a bar so we didnt have to leave to enjoy an evening drink. Also the directory said we could have the front desk call a taxi for us and we were told that was unavailable. Other than that the bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff was nice and accommodating.

I didn't request a ground floor room but when I got there I stated if a ground floor room is available it would be preferred, they said none were available and that was fine I forgot to state my preference, my knees are bad and so I struggle with stairs. This would be no issue if they hotel were full, both mornings of my stay the same one person and only 2 cars in the lot. I don't know if it is just a lot of work to switch a room after paperwork is printed but I don't believe they couldn't accommodate my request, as I said I had no problem at check-in that they couldn't accommodate but the hotel was empty

Very clean, great customer service, good breakfast. Easily accessible location with easy access parking. There were many restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.
