Old Alcohol Plant

The room I stayed in was spacious. It is older so it has that smell of an older place. It did not disappoint and was more than I expected with the cleanliness. It was peaceful and had a breath taking view from my balcony.

The TV was small for the size of the room and not unlocking the front door till 8 am was a hassle for several of us and not having breakfast out till 8 am was ridiculous

Outdated, bed was not the best and pillows were flat and the sheets were pilling and needs replacing. Smelled a bit mildewy. Needs repainting, new carpet, and outdoor pressure washing. The baseboards and window sills need to be cleaned better.

Accommodations exceeded our expectations! The view into the garden and the beach from the patio was incredible especially at sunset. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was great. We made use of the microwave and the coffeemaker. Overall it was a very relaxing stay. It could make for a wonderful wedding venue and we hope to be back soon for another stay.

We could hear our neighbors phone conversations and tv through the doors.

Really unique place it is not the most up-to-date facility. However it is extremely nice place to stay. This business doing a lot of helping community. In the restaurant all vegetables that served are from their own garden. Rooms have bay views, people who work in OAP super nice and helpful, food cook right and taste well, beds comfortable. Rooms can use some tough. My family will definitely come back one day.

This was my first visit to the property. It was a pleasant surprise. Located just above a beautiful marina. Room was large and mattress very comfortable.
