Location was ok

I didn’t like that the rate I was quoted wasn’t the amount that was charged to my credit card, and there were extra charges that I didn’t approve of

All were perfectly setup as one desires during a family vacation. I went with my spouse, and 2 kids - one 8yrs old, and the other 1yr old. I took a king room and it had all amenities. I also took a crib for my 1yr and it was provided immediately upon arrival. At the reception, there was a lady - Anu (Aunty) - expectedly as old as my mom - thus calling "Aunty". She was so welcoming, and loved my children. She suggested us few places like "Dairy Freez" - an ice-cream parlour for my daughter, "Colasanti's Tropical Gardens" for variety of plants and most importantly freshly made Cinnamon Sugar Donuts in their restaurant. Overall, I would surely come back again and stay in the same hotel.

Truly speaking, there's nothing that I disliked.

Friendly staff. The property and my room were clean and I felt safe. Good location and close to town.

I was charged $250 hold on my credit card. I thought it would be removed in 3-5 days. After calling the hotel was reminded that since I live in the US, a 15 day hold was enforced. Additionally, I had to pay $2 cash but not sure what that covered.

I hit a deer on my way to Point Pelee National Park. I got a ride to the Days Inn Leamington as my vehicle is damaged the manager upgraded my room helped me with my luggage gave me a hug. I have stayed here 3 times before and the facility is clean and comfortable and the staff are warm and friendly. I was in a bit of shock and I spent my day relaxing and drinking the complementary team. Used the fitness facility and had a sauna and a dip in the pool. I highly recommend staying here
