Новое красивое здание и комфортные номера. Классный дизайн номеров, удобные, новые, хорошего размера. Красивая ухоженная территория. Отличный пляж и бассейн. Мы брали HB и по факту поняли, что AI в данном отеле смысла не имеет.

Слабый менеджмент отеля. За исключением одного официанта, остальные как сонные мухи. В день приезда хотел заказать бутылку вина в баре лобби. Сам бегал искал официанта. Когда нашел, выбрал бутылку по меню.... и официант отправил меня в пул бар. Завтраки стандартные и не плохие, хотя для 5* слабоватые. Ужины очень слабые, еда не вкусная, полное разочарование.

Super clean, helpful and friendly staff, nice spacious rooms and great food with a very high variety. We had a wonderful week. It’s also the small things that make the difference: Love the fact that they don’t allow people to reserve sun-beds (if you’re gone for more than 30 mins they remove your things - and they follow through). And the fact they don’t make any fuss about how many beach towels you need and use and returned…”take what you need and bring it back to this basket when the day is done”…that’s a high thought customer care. The hotel was fully booked and still didn’t feel crowded at all. There’s a respectable sized gym and parking is also in abundance.

Two small things to consider. The pool doesn’t have any shade, until late afternoon hours. On the plus side - maybe it helps the water temperature which is the highest I encountered in Greece. Entertainment is not at the level of other hotels. I suspect this is a well-thought decision they took to be more of a relaxation resort. Worked for us.

Der Pool war Super, das Essen war auch im großen und ganzen Gut.

Die Zimmer Spartanisch eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Schreibtisch hat gefällt obwohl genügend Platz vorhanden ist. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken nichts besonderes, die Armaturen abgenutzt. Toilettenpapier Einlagig. Der Strand war voller Steine der Zugang zum Wasser gefährlich wegen eine große Steinplatte. Da das Wasser sehr trüb war konnte man die Steine nicht sehen, meine Frau wurde am Fuß verletzt. Eine blaue Fahne verdient dieser Strand bestimmt nicht. Die Klimaanlage hat ein komisches Geräusch wie eine Grille gemacht, sehr nervig. Unsere Anfrage nach Reparatur wurde ignoriert. Der Frühstücks bzw Speise Raum wie eine Bahnhofshalle, ich habe schon bessere Kantinen gesehen, laute Musik auch morgens, die Leute noch lauter damit sie sich verständigen können. Das Personal nervös rennt hin und her ohne Grund. Sobald man mit dem Essen ein bisschen Pause macht ist sofort ein Kellner oder Kellnerin da un will die Teller aufräumen. Man kann nicht mal aufstehen um was anderes vom Büfett zu holen, Teller ist sofort weg auch wenn er voll ist. Im ganzen verdient diese Anlage meine Meinung nicht 5 Sterne, eher 4 minus und auch nicht den zusatz Luxury resort außer man meint die Preise.

Everything was near perfect. The architecture of the hotel was outstanding. The building is made as if it’s part of the landscape. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with a coffee machine and fridge. The food was delicious. Free bottles of water were included at both breakfast and dinner. The staff were extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. The beach is a blue flag and very clean. The sun chairs were wider and free for the hotel guests.

There are no area for walks outside the complex area.
