Location, cleanness, and value

Excellent experience from the front desk to the tavern to the room. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Jaylen, Cory, and Shenon! Great meeting you David and Michelle—you have a great staff!!

Shenon was amazing. She suggested drinks and food, which all tasted awesome. She had a great personality and we appreciated her during our travels.

Nothing …. It was everything we wanted

Easy to locate. Was walkable to the event. It’s was quiet even though there were several events happening.

The bed wasn’t really a king. I guess I thought we’d be in an area where things were open. We weren’t able to get food when we arrived or after the concert. Parking is at discounted rate of $18 per day which with the cost of the room was a lot.

I arrived late, and the computer systems were down. There was a short delay in being able to get me a key. The front desk staff was friendly, but unable to solve the problem initially. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. I will say that the sheets and towels were both extremely scratchy. I don’t know if they’re old or they need to use a different detergent or softener. I stay in a lot of hotels, and I don’t recall ever being uncomfortable with the linens. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for location, service and cleanliness.
