There was no hot water in our room & the lights didn’t work.

There was nothing to really like,let start off with how they are prejudice. I believe my family had stayed with them prior and they argued with us over whether or not all parties had there idea to check in. I have stay at countless hotels over the years and never have I ever had an issue. They were very rude and they allow drug dealers and addicts to stay there is no regard for the other clients safety.

They need security for the parking lot,they need to to start cleaning there rooms more often,I saw cigarettes marks,mold and grut in the shower,towel were folded but were dirty and the last thing I saw were roaches.

Nothing this place was a nightmare from hell. The pictures don’t match up to the rooms. The staff is rude. They made me call about my reservation because they said it wasn’t paid for so I had to call booking.com to get them to call her to even let me. Check in!

Let’s start with the mold in my bathroom, the huge stains all over the bed spread, the card board room number sign but wait for it best of alll the bloody looking hand prints on the inside of the door.

Hotel appears to be under renovation, so pool was closed, restaurant was closed, shuttle service was closed, smoke alarm was not working & it was under a sink in "kitchen" area. The "suite" had no microwave or coffee pot. Worst of all there were many small cockroaches in the restroom and the bedroom.
