Überall Haare. Badezimmer schmutzig. Handtücher bei Ankunft nicht vollständig.

...though the floors were very clean. A plus point for the friendly staff & the location was excellent—very central =)

The price-performance ratio didn't meet our expectations. After a very late arrival (when all the shops were already closed), we found there was no water in the room, the fridge was broken, the curtains were half-hanging off the rail, and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet itself. The bathroom tiles were very dirty.
