Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with good facilities. Very good dealing with my request to upgrade my room. Good location and easy car park.

Room next door overlooked our balcony and had a window opening directly onto the balcony. Very strange layout.

Comfortable and very well located suite hotel in White Rock. Good sized room with a large balcony. Room facilities allowed basic food preparation and cooking which was perfect for our two night stay.

"Very Comfortable and Clean Room"

The room had modern ammenities and was very clean. We arrived at 5 am and William who was at the reception desk was friendly and very helpful.

Since we arrived early in the morning and was only in the hotel for a few hours there really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

"Awesome place, fantastic hotel"

OMG - the most comfy beds and pillows! We choose to stay at White Rock because of the Fifa World Cup caused hotel prices in the city to sky rocket. This was the alternative, and wow - 👌 great location - both the actual place and hotel. As far as we knew - the Cafe attached to the hotel was the only place open early (before 11am). We're from Australia and early risers. Highly recommend.

Nothing - once i figured out how to use the coffee maker.
