Palace Inn Blue Federal Road

The mirrors are double mirrors which means other people are able to see your personal business. So the mirrors should be more private for customers. But other then that awesome hotel. Great customer service.

The experience was wonderful until Saturday night. At 1:30, someone started using a diamond blade tile cutter in the next room.. It went on until after 3:30. I didn't call the office because the guy doing the work was parked next to me, and I feared retribution.

When I talked with the guy in the office, who I'd not seen before, he basically called me a liar. He said the room had been rented out at 3:30. I have been a custom home builder and know the sound of the tools. I know what was being done. When I explained everything , he still denied any work was done. He offered nothing that would have made me feel he cared about my no sleep night. I will not give this place a good review after being called a liar, and I want reimbursement for my last night of 4 nights. I traveled a long way and paid a lot of money to stay at the Palace Inn on Federal Road in Houston. This was a terrible way to finish out an otherwise wonderful experience in Texas.

I like that the worker is kind enough to change our room cause that first room smell like piss. I dont like the fact that when i review the area before i booked it, it look good and with excellent reviews but when i arrived the area is dirty.
