Front office and staff was very friendly

The room had a rank odor very badly. Floors were not swept!

Breakfast was good, front desk staff was friendly.

It's MEH. Certain areas need updating, variety in main hallway was dirty and stained. Outlet between beds didn't work, reported it to front desk, 6 days later still not fixed. Was told owner doesn't have maintenance to fix things. Checked out a day early due to schedule change, asked for a possible refund on one night. Computers were down and was told they don't have cleaning staff on site, so they couldn't clean the room and sell it, so no refund. No problem, thought I would ask. Breakfast was good, front desk staff tried, but I suspect owner is cheap and doesn't put any money into hotel. We didn't use it, but the pool looked a complete mess. 3 of the chairs outside were broke. House keeping did come on Monday, straightened up things, took all the used towels, only left 1 clean set, not 4. So just beware, for the price I was disappointed.

I am an Accountant ~ This hotel was the only one that had an enclosed computer area. I was able to meet with my clients, and in a private room /area. My client reacted serene. WLater, upon having to move out of the Double Queen Handicap Accessible Room, and I assigned to a Extended KING BED with Sofa Bed, but in Room 301 ~ It was more like a BONUS ROOM. Large living area, and semi private separation . I almost at first thought the staff was not going to help me, but later was placed in a ROOM I am quite PLEASED WITH. My stay was beyond a month, but they WORKED with US ~
