This place was perfect! I was looking for a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of Thamel. It's located in a quiet neighborhood near the Boudha Stupa (about a 15min walk). It was clean, spotless, and smelled good. The decor was beautiful. There was a terrace with yoga mats that I could stretch out on (very nice after long plane rides/trekking). The beds were very comfortable. I loved the space they provided for unpacking luggage and hanging clothes. They provide free mineral water and education on why it's important to save water and resources while in Nepal. There was even solar power outlets for charging mobile devices. The showers were great, good water pressure and hot. Breakfast was good as well, with real coffee and made to order eggs, etc. The staff were very nice. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler.

For me, everything was perfect.

This was my second stay here, it was just as great as the first time! Loved it. Forgot to mention the soundproofing worked really well, and the temperature control was easy to use and great for the hot weather.

A lovely little boutique hotel in a quiet area, very close to the famous stupa and lovely restaurants. Room was quiet and clean, beds very comfortable. I will be booking this hotel when im back in Kathmandu. Staff was excellent, always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, a good choice at their lovely quiet restaurant.

A bit weird smell in the bathroom, must have been from the drainage as it was sometimes stronger and sometimes less.
